Terms and Conditions

Payment
Payment for the event can be made online when completing the booking form or you can request to be invoiced. Please note the invoice is payable on receipt. If payments are not made before the event, delegates cannot attend on the day.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing or by email to ntp@mandbf.org.uk The following charges will apply to cancellations:
- Cancellations received 28 days or more before the event – no fee
- Cancellations received between 28 days and 14 days before the event –  50% of the fee*
- Cancellations received after 14 days before the event or non-attendance on the day – full fee*

Transferral to another course
If you wish to transfer your booking to another course, this must be done in writing or by email to ntp@mandbf.org.uk
The following charges will apply to bookings that have been transferred:
- Transfers received 28 days or more before the event – no fee
- Transfers received between 28 days and 14 days before the event - £35 administration fee*
- Transfers will not be accepted after 14 days before the event and the full fee* will apply.

Substitution of delegates
You are welcome to substitute a delegate to a course in your place. This should be confirmed in writing or emailed to ntp@mandbf.org.uk prior to the event.

Confirmation
On receipt of your booking, we will confirm your place (subject to availability) by email and include an invoice or receipt within 3 working days. Final joining instructions will be emailed at least 2 weeks before the event.

Programme
The Mentoring and Befriending Foundation reserves the right in certain circumstances beyond our control to change content, speakers or timings of courses.

Data Protection
The information you provide will be held on our database and will enable us to contact you with information about the work of the MBF and about mentoring and befriending related issues. We may also wish to share your project information with other mentoring and befriending programmes in order to promote networking and good practice. Please email events@mandbf.org.uk with your name and postcode if you would prefer not to be contacted for these purposes or share your details.

*All costs quoted are exclusive of VAT
