Terms and Conditions

Payment
Payment for the event can be made online when completing the booking form or you can request to be invoiced.  Please note that the terms of the invoice are strictly payment upon receipt.

Cancellations
Whether payment has been received or not you will be liable for the full fee unless we have received written confirmation 21 days prior to the event date.  If we receive written confirmation of cancellation 21 days prior to the event, you will be still be liable for administration chargesof £50.00 plus VAT.  If written confirmation is received after 21 days or non-attendance occurs you are liable for the full fee plus VAT.  You are of course welcome to send a substitute delegate or at the discretion of the Mentoring and Befriending Foundation transfer to another date.

Booking deadlines
Bookings will be accepted until 14 days prior to the event date (subject to availability).  We will try to accommodate late bookings however we cannot guarantee your place.

Confirmation
On receipt of your booking, we will confirm your booking (subject to availability) and send you an invoice or receipt within 5 working days.  Final joining instructions will be emailed at least 2 weeks before the event.

The Mentoring and Befriending Foundation reserves the right in certain circumstances beyond our control to change content, speakers or timings of courses.

Data Protection
The information you provide will be held on our database and will enable us to contact you with information about the work of the MBF and about mentoring and befriending related issues.  We may also wish to share your project information with other mentoring and befriending programmes in order to promote networking and good practice.  Please email events@mandbf.org.uk with your name and postcode if you would prefer not to be contacted for these purposes or share your details.
