CONFERENCE - MBF National Conference 2008

Payment
Payment for the event can be made online when completing the booking form or you can request to be invoiced.  Please note that the terms of the invoice are strictly payment upon receipt.  Non payment prior to the event could result in your place being lost.

Cancellations
Whether payment has been received or not you will be liable for the full fee unless we have received written confirmation 21 days prior to the event date.  If we receive written confirmation of cancellation before 21 days prior to the event, you will still be liable for an administration charge of £50.00 plus VAT.  If written confirmation is received after 21 days or non-attendance occurs you are liable for the full fee plus VAT.  You are of course welcome to send a substitute delegate.  The organisers reserve the right to change the programme, speakers, date and location if necessary. 

Workshop choices
Workshops are allocated on a first-come first-served basis.  Workshops are only confirmed when you recieve an email stating your choices from the conference team.  Sessions may be cancelled at short notice due to unforeseeable circumstances.  In this event, we will allocate a suitable alternative choice. On receipt of your booking, we will confirm your booking (subject to availability) and send you an invoice or receipt within 5 working days.  Final joining instructions will be emailed at least 2 weeks before the event.

Accommodation

Your details will be added to the MBF database to receive updates and further information from the foundation, please notify us at nationalconference@mandbf.org.uk if do not want to be contacted in future.
