Melanie is the Regional Co-ordinator for the South West. She has a first class honours degree in sociology and media communications and last year obtained the Stage 1 City & Guilds Certificate in Post 16 teacher training.

Melanie has extensive experience of developing and delivering best practice in areas such as volunteer recruitment, induction and training of mentors, support mechanisms and monitoring and evaluation. Melanie is keen to support the many mentoring and befriending projects that currently exist across the South West.
