One year on - the story so far from MBF Regional Advisory Groups

RAGs hailed as an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and have a national voice

MBF's desire to create a cohesive regional infrastructure across the nine government office regions via the Regional Advisory Group (RAG) is working, according to a recent study of the RAG members.

The RAG aims to support the following objectives:

a) the development of best practice and to capture and promote the impact of the work of practitioners and partners with policy makers
b) the creation of regional strategic partnerships with a range of stakeholders and funders to further develop capacity and sustainability.

The RAG members reported that:
-  98% felt the membership was relevant/of interest/beneficial to them
-  83% felt that RAG membership met their expectations
-  97.4% believed that meetings achieved their objectives and fulfilled the terms of reference

We are grateful for the real commitment to the process shown by the members of the RAGs as the feedback we get from you and your views on national issues is an essential part of our development as a national strategic organisation.
