Calling all Nottingham mentoring projects

Have your say in this mapping exercise in Nottingham

Human Relations Network (HRN) have been commissioned by Nottingham Crime & Drugs Partnership to carry out a comprehensive mapping exercise of past and present mentoring initiatives in the city to determine key success/failures and lessons to be learnt.

From these findings a comprehensive evaluation report will be produced highlighting best practice, methods and models of intervention clearly identifying a mentoring model of excellence for the city.

If you, or a project you are involved in, is currently providing mentoring support or you have ever been a mentor or mentee and you would like to shape future mentoring services in Nottingham then they would like to hear from you.

All you need to do to take part is to answer the following 3 questions:

1. What do you think makes a good mentor and why?
2. What groups in the city do you think would most benefit from mentoring and why?
3. What is your understanding of mentoring?

Send your responses to Michael Henry by email to Michael.henry@hrn.org.uk or complete them on the blog at http://mentoringmapping.wordpress.com/  or telephone 0115 934 9560.

All contributions are very much valued and will be acknowledged within the final report.
