  • To provide an introduction to resilience theory
  • To apply resilience theory to different befriending and mentoring projects and their client groups
  • To develop practical tools to incorporate resilience into your programme management

  • Increased understanding of resilience theory
  • Increased understanding of resilience in relation to your project and client groups
  • Develop practical methods of incorporating resilience theory relating to:

Trainer biographer Susan Gilchrist is the national training officer at Befriending Network Scotland with 25 years experience of training & working the voluntary sector in Scotland. Susan designs (and delivers much of) the national training programme for BNS.  Her current areas of interest include resilience and wellbeing.  This course is no longer available.
