ACEVO report proposes a revolution in public service delivery
The Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisation's Commission on Personalisation have published their interim report
Making it Personal: a social market revolution which proposes a revolution in public service delivery.
Their vision for the future includes five key building blocks:

- Devolving financial control closer to service user
- Self-help and mutual aid community at the heart of public services
- Building can do assets building up emotional, financial and intellectual assets of service users
- Culture change supply side of public services revolutionised and allowing innovation to flourish
- Social markets a new generation of social markets in which power shifts from commissioner and provider to service user
