Chain Reaction
is an annual event - a project of CoSA, the Prime Minister’s Council on Social Action. It is part conference, part festival, part facilitated networking event on social leadership which brings together people in government, business and third sector organisations from across the world to explore how we are connected, how we can use those connections in positive ways and how we can maximise our collective power to make real changes.

What is happening at Chain Reaction 2009?

David Robinson, the leader of the Prime Ministers Council on Social Action, will be leading a session with Tessa Jowell MP, where he will address the theme of making public services more ‘human’, putting people at the heart of building stronger, more confident communities. He will also be launching the report on One-to-one working "People of Influence” at the event.
