Safer Homes Funding from Home Office
Peer to peer befriending/mentoring to increase confidence is one priority for funding
The Home Office have launched the Safer Homes Fund to increase home security and reduce burglary rates and are encouraging voluntary and community sector organisations to make application to this fund for revenue grants of between £10k and £100k.
There are 90 priority areas, and bidders must be working with people in one or more of these areas.

- Peer to peer. This might be befriending projects, mentoring projects, ideas to increase local people’s confidence etc
