MBF to hold workshop at V’s Practitioner’s national conference
MBF to contribute to V Involves practitioners virtual tour into the world of 16-25 year olds
MBF will be holding workshops at V's practitioner national networking conference on 17th July 2009. The conference will be taking place at the ICC Birmingham.
The event will look at innovative and exciting practice in creating engaging and exciting volunteering opportunities including mentoring and peer mentoring.
Peer Mentoring is a fantastic way for young people to become involved in volunteering whilst providing an excellent support strategy for current initiatives.
The conference will be taking place on the 17th June, aimed specifically at practitioners from within the v funded network. To follow there will be their Generation Digital one day conference on the 18th aimed at individuals who are actively involved in the strategic development of their organisation.
