Mentoring and befriending within the criminal justice system

Free networking event for mentoring and befriending co-ordinators

Aims:
Does your organisation mentor or befriend offenders or their families in the South West? If so, Clinks in partnership with the MBF would like to invite you to an informal networking session in either Bristol or Exeter. You will have the opportunity to: • Meet other organisations undertaking similar work within the mentoring and befriending field
• Share good practice, experience and knowledge of offender mentoring and befriending
• Learn more about recent national and regional developments in mentoring and befriending;
• Discuss the findings of the NOMS Scoping Exercise of Offender Mentoring in the South West published July 2008 and available at: RRP Southwest

Audience:
Managers or project co-ordinators of mentoring and befriending programmes or those interested in learning more about mentoring and befriending within the criminal justice system.
