Friends in Deed
Friends in Deed is an inspiring documentary that follows the fortunes of five very different mentoring and befriending relationships, each of which have changed lives for the better.
Commissioned by the Mentoring and Befriending Foundation the film was launched by Rt Hon hazel Blears MP at Westminster on 23rd November 2006.
There are over 5000 mentoring and befriending schemes in Britain, set up to help all kinds of people. This powerful film is just the tip-of the iceberg when it comes to the positive effects different mentoring and befriending relationships are having on people's lives all over the UK, and will inspire others to get involved.
