National Conference 2007 - Tackling social exclusion
Government signals support for mentoring and befriending at the MBF national conference 07
The National Mentoring and Befriending Conference was held on May 3rd 2007 at the Midland Hotel, Manchester. Over 350 participants attended and found the day an invaluable learning and networking opportunity. There were 37 workshops held on the day. Specific comments included:
"MBF offer a wealth of support to organisations. The conference is beneficial to networking and learning about other organisations in order to share best practice. It is a great place to hear about other projects and their successes."
