National training programme
Each year we aim to expand the range of courses we offer to both the novice and experienced practitioner. In 2009-2010 over 50 courses will be offered in locations across the England.

- Applying resilience to mentoring or befriending programmes in partnership with Befriending Network Scotland
- Developing a sustainable income approach in partnership with NCVO's Sustainable Funding Project
- Developing successful tender bids for public sector contracts for mentoring or befriending programmes in partnership with NCVO's Public Service Delivery Network
- Raising your mentoring or befriending programme profile in partnership with Bolton Lads and Girls Club
- Peer mentor training skills for programme co-ordinators
- Setting up and managing a successful primary peer support programme
- Solution focused mentoring in partnership with Chance UK
