Aims

  • To understand what ‘financial sustainability’ looks like and why it is important to adopt a ‘holistic approach’ to generating income
  • To put ‘planning’ at the centre of your income strategies in all programme sizes
  • To understand how to calculate full costs for your programme
  • To explore the options available to generate income and develop a diverse income base including social enterprise, trading and loan finance

  • Chief Executive, trustees, managers and staff of mentoring and befriending programmes

  • NCVO’s Sustainable Funding Project approved trainers deliver this course.  The trainer has developed this course in consultation with mentoring and befriending practitioners and has a wealth of experience in enabling voluntary and community programmes to develop and implement a sustainable funding income strategy.
