Aims
- To understand what a 'financially sustainable' mentoring or befriending project looks like and how to adopt a 'holistic approach' to generate income
- To put ‘planning’ at the centre of your income strategies for all mentoring and befriending projects regardless of size
- To understand how to calculate full costs for your programme using case studies from mentoring and befriending projects
- To explore the skills and expertise as well as products and services that your mentoring and befriending project already has to generate funds

- Chief Executive, trustees, managers and staff of mentoring and befriending programmes

The trainer has developed this course in consultation with mentoring and befriending practitioners and has a wealth of experience in enabling voluntary and community programmes to develop and implement a sustainable funding income strategy.
