This workshop will introduce you to the concepts of benchmarking and continuous improvement and provide you with the opportunity to: - Meet with other programmes that have achieved the Approved Provider Standard
- Compare performance and practice on your programme with others
- Identify areas where you can make improvements to your programme
This workshop is an introduction to some of the concepts and ideas covered in the full day Best Practice and continuous improvement course.
Audience:
The workshop is designed for organisations that have already achieved the MBF Approved Provider Standard and are seeking to make improvements to their programme.
Learning outcomes:
- An overview of continuous improvement and why it is important
- An basic understanding of benchmarking and how it can be used to facilitate improvements to your programme
- An understanding of how your programme compares with others and the opportunities this may provide to make improvements to your programme
Format:
A half-day event (2½ hours) involving interactive discussions and exercises in a workshop format. Lunch will be served first, so indicate on the booking form if you would like to attend.
