To encourage the development of robust and effective approaches to your
monitoring and evaluation
To provide a broad overview of monitoring and evaluation, a recap on the basics and development of practical evaluation frameworks

To promote the use of self evaluation as a primary approach

- Project co-ordinators/managers with little or no experience of monitoring or evaluation
