Project Manager

You will lead, develop and sustain the work of mentoring people who are to be released from prison into Sussex. Key tasks are to manage the Volunteer Co-ordinator, manage the resources of the charity, manage relationships with funders including Big Lottery, find and negotiate new partnerships.

Key requirements: management of staff and financial resources, project management, experience of working with offenders, working with funders.

Salary is £29,068 per year. 40 hours per week. You will work in Lewes prison and with mentors all over Sussex. Office in Lewes or Brighton (to be confirmed).

The contract is for three years, subject to yearly reviews by funders.
