What if you are already APS approved?
The re-accreditation process requires an organisation to complete a questionnaire in which changes introduced to policies and procedures since the programme was first accredited are described where policies have changed these should be backed up with documentary evidence.
However, if your accreditation is due for renewal after the 31st December 2009, then you will be required to re-apply for the new revised version of the standard. Further guidance will be given in the next couple of months.
