5. Implement your APS action plan
The next step is to implement your APS action plan. You may have a well established project team that will collectively be implementing the APS action plan, or you may be taking the sole lead on ensuring action points are completed.
Whichever approach you have decided to take, be sure to monitor closely
how the implementation phase is going. It is also important to make sure
that you continue to collect the supporting evidence for other areas of the
standard that are not listed within the APS action plan.
You will be expected to submit an updated APS action plan when you
apply for assessment.
Completing and updating the APS action plan will make preparing for assessment much easier, and you will find that in some cases the evidence you gather will satisfy more than one criterion.
