4. Develop and review your APS action plan
The diagnostic process is not complete until an improvement APS action plan has been drawn up. This will help you identify the actions that you need to complete before you are ready for assessment.
These actions should be linked to the elements and requirements of APS, making it clear who is taking the lead, the deadline for completion and the resources required to accomplish them. The outline template for the APS action plan is shown below.
Once you have completed your APS action plan, MBF will visit your project to review the action plan and agree timeframes, as well as offer expert support. The action plan should be completed within one month of signing up to 'Working Towards'.
