3. Review practice using the APS diagnostic tool

Once you have signed up to ‘Working Towards’ you can review your current practice against the requirements of APS by completing the APS diagnostic
tool.

This is a free self-assessment tool for project co-ordinators. This self assessment tool will help you to identify the extent to which you meet the requirements of APS and what further action is required to achieve it.

When completed, the self-assessment will show where there are ‘gaps’ in
the design and operation of the project and which areas need attention.
The APS diagnostic should be completed within one month of signing up
to 'Working Towards'.
